Progress photos and body composition images are among the most sensitive data we handle.
Progress photos, before/after images, and client likeness will NEVER be used in any marketing, social media, advertising, or promotional content without your explicit, separate, prior written consent. This consent is entirely optional and has no bearing on your coaching services. Progress photos of minor clients will never be used in any marketing under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
Progress photos and body composition data will be retained for the duration of your active coaching relationship and for up to two (2) years following the end of your last active coaching period, unless you request earlier deletion.
